1. Return Policy
Return Window: You can return an item within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging and tags must be intact.
- Invoice or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Returns are not accepted for:
- Products marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
To initiate a return, email us at 📧 info@bagitalloffical.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
- Processed to the original payment method.
- May take 7–10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Rejected Refunds: If the item fails inspection (used, damaged, or missing tags), we may reject the refund.
3. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for size, color, or defective items.
Exchange Window: Within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused and in resalable condition.
- All original packaging and tags must be present.
Process: - Email us at 📧 info@bagitalloffical.com with your Order ID and details of the exchange request.
- Once approved, ship the product back to us (address will be shared via email).
- After inspection, your replacement item will be dispatched.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 📧 info@bagitalloffical.com
- Share clear images and your Order ID
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
5. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless
- The product is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier for returns
